As an accountant, I started out loving Red Tape. I liked being able to navigate all the tax rules and forms. I knew that people would need me to guide them through the process.
20 years later, I’m not as big of a fan. Red Tape makes ordinary work more complicated. So…which denomination is making more work for their churches through Red Tape?

This is a different post than usual. I had an interview with retired pastor, Roger Spahr. Roger had served as a District Superintendent and had had success in recruiting pastors. Last week I looked at the cost difference between the United Methodists and the Global Methodists. This week I’m looking at the benefits. This was a difficult one as the GMC is only about four months old. They have more promises than proven benefits. I still did make an effort with what I’m aware of. I hope it helps!

Hopefully throughout this series, you’ve picked up some good ideas on how to improve how your foundation is organized. I have never seen bylaws or articles of incorporation without a way to amend them.
