The other day I was visiting with a pastor of a brand new Global Methodist church. For nearly a year, the church had been focused on disaffiliating and was now refocusing on ministry. It all of a sudden occurred to the pastor, “Do Global Methodists pay apportionments?” That’s what I look into this post.
